Tomohiro Uido, un vrai artisan du go\u00fbt, au sens noble du terme ! C’est nich\u00e9 au coeur du vieux village de Marly-le-Roi que se trouve ce restaurant, minuscule (environ 20 places, il faut penser\u00a0\u00e0 r\u00e9server !) mais charmant. L’entr\u00e9e, sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de la maison, le Go\u00ef Cu\u00f4n de Demi Homard Breton et Foie Gras est une grande r\u00e9ussite. Cadre et ambiance agr\u00e9able, cuisine parfaitement maitris\u00e9e (beurre fum\u00e9 et confitures maison), une vraie r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la r\u00e9gion !<\/p>\n
